As a Rover at TamCare Services, you will be traveling to different locations to help backfill for call-offs, schedule openings, and extra coverage to support janitorial functions.

Responsibilities:

Success Criteria:
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites during shifts assuring quality of work.
  • Filling in for call-offs and stepping in to assist the team in cleaning.
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in assuring locations maintain clean work areas.
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules.
  • Fill in during staff shortages and call-offs.
  • Support area leads in completing punch-list items.
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understand reporting systems and the environment.
  • PASS a background check.
  • Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines per CDC and OSHA.
  • The team member must wear provided TamCare apparel and personal protective equipment, when necessary, in accordance with the position and OSHA requirement.
  • Reliable Transportation.

Key Accountabilities (when filling in for call-offs):
  • Vacuuming.
  • Edging.
  • Dusting.
  • Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms.
  • Window cleaning.
  • Cleaning carpets and tile.
  • Emptying trash and transporting it to the proper disposal area.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
