Job Summary:

Campbell Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our offices and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Clean and dust offices, common areas, and restrooms
Vacuum and mop floors
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
Maintain the cleanliness of grounds and walkways
Perform general cleaning duties for social rooms, pool area, and other outside areas

Requirements:

Ability to work a regular schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay Rate:
up to $17.50 DOE
