MISSION STATEMENT: To be a beacon of light by transforming lives in the Vincentian spirit of charity, justice, and mercy through interpersonal connectivity.SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees providing case management and housing services for persons who are literally homeless, for whom rapid rehousing has been identified as an appropriate response to end their homelessness and who have been prioritized by the Coordinated Entry System. The program may include some households requiring prevention assistance so that they may be stabilized in their existing housing or relocated to a more suitable, affordable housing placement. The program is funded through one or more resources and the program supervisor must ensure individuals and families enrolled are assigned to the most appropriate funding source based on their eligibility and needs. The program adheres to the principles of Housing First – low barriers to admission, targeting most vulnerable, and providing support services emphasizing engagement and problem solving over therapeutic goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, case assignment, contract compliance, data collection, and reporting. Supervisory duties include overseeing case management and housing services, staff training, and evaluating performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (These essential job functions are not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties performed.
