Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and experienced Prep Cook to join our team at Tailgaters Coit. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, deliver top-notch culinary creations, and contribute to our mission of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to Tailgaters' recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Participate in community events and initiatives, supporting our commitment to community-driven sports passion.
  • Uphold our core values of excellence, hospitality, teamwork, and accountability in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus.
