Full Charger Bookkeeper & Office Administrator 

BSI Components and Repair is seeking to hire a Full-Charge Bookkeeping and office administrator to work with and report to upper management. This part-time position is up to 30 hours a week. 
Responsibilities:
  • Handling all bookkeeping aspects including bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • File excise monthly taxes.
  • Record and track employee benefits.
  • Post all daily accounting activities within Zoho Books.
  • Any other bookkeeping or accounting-type tasks needed.
  • Process confidential document processing.
  • Handle all office and HR tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.  
  • 3-5 years MUST have experience in Quickbooks Online and Zoho Books
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint and Onedrive
  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.                        
  • Tech-savvy applied to data entry, numbers, problem-solving, and organization.
  • Excellent verbal communication and team-building skills
