We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Professional that will support recruiting needs in our Woodbridge office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - (TRAINING IS PROVIDED)
Healthcare and Education Recruiter
We presently have openings within our office for a Professional Recruiter
  • Our ideal candidates will come from the Staffing, Recruiting, Scheduling, or Customer Service fields. 
  • Past working experience in the service industries of Healthcare, Education, or Human Services is extremely desired.
  • Full-Time Office Hours 40 hours per week. Health and Dental Benefits. Vacation / Sick / Holiday Time. 
  • Extremely competitive hourly compensation for experienced individuals. 

DELTA-T GROUP - Recruiter

Position Summary:
Working with minimal supervision, the candidate will source, screen, register, and credential candidates for specific client job orders. The candidate will develop a pool of available professionals to assist the office in meeting and increasing its established billable hour benchmarks. Teamwork, people skills, positivity, and enthusiasm are needed to succeed in this role.

Duties typically include:
  • Making extensive outbound calls
  • Reviewing candidate packets for accuracy
  • Expanding provider network through increased registrations and referrals

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent/established work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in the mental health service field or equivalent healthcare or recruiting, scheduling and staffing experience, call center or telemarketing experience.  
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.  
  • Proficient PC skills including routine spreadsheet, database, and word-processing activity
