We are currently seeking an experienced Production Specialist/Materials Planner with expertise in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems. This position offers a temporary-to-hire opportunity for top performers and is based at our La Porte, TX location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer OPS, FF, and Repack production lines.
- Utilize SCADA systems, ERP solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation, organization, and closeout of production and repack processes.
- Perform precise analytics, detailed reviews, and maintain clear documentation.
- Manage regional repacking, including material movements and system transactions.
- Daily collection and entry of production data into designated reports or systems.
- Execute third-party production plans, including scheduling, material transfers, and invoicing.
- Ensure production compliance and maintain current warehouse postings.
- Lead or support efficiency and process improvement projects.
- Act as backup for critical tasks within the regional team for inbound and outbound processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience in production planning and reporting, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
- Successful track record in production planning and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime.
