Office Manager

- Payroll - including daily management of timecards, tracking employees PTO and sick days, running payroll on a bi-weekly basis, attending available trainings.
- Bookkeeping – Manage our QuickBooks Online entries daily, to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, weekly / monthly financial updates, reconcile all accounts monthly, produce P&L and balance sheets weekly.
- Accounts Payable - Entering all bills in QB, tracking of all due dates, paying all EE reimbursements, per diem, etc.
- Accounts Receivable – Track all PO’s, invoices, and payments.
- Administrative - Manage all aspects of WSS medical and other insurances, licenses, end of year audits, tax payments, manage receipt and processing of daily mail.
- Badging - Manage all employee immunization records, track different portals for badging.
- Office supply management.
- Participate in all employee interviews, onboarding of all new employees.
- All HR paperwork.
- Business emails.
- Background checks, drug screenings.
- Medical benefit enrollment and EDD paperwork.
- Other miscellaneous HR paperwork and files as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:The Office Manager needs to take an ownership attitude towards the business. This is a key role that affects every aspect of Water Saver Solutions from both a personnel and a financial perspective. This individual must bring a significant amount of experience in these varied areas to be a successful candidate.
