Our mission at Salinity is to offer a calming and therapeutic environment in which to relax, heal, and recharge through our various services, including halotherapy, float therapy, and massage therapy. With these natural therapies alongside the guidance offered by our team, our customers can experience significant physical, mental, and emotional rejuvenation, in addition to the simply relaxing experience of visiting Salinity. As a Spa Attendant at Salinity, you will be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and confirm their reservations.
  • Answer phones and make/alter reservations.
  • Explain our services and the benefits of Salt & Floatation therapy to customers.
  • Receive payments from customers and assist customers with billing questions.
  • Clean and prepare rooms between bookings and maintain a clean & tidy facility.
  • Monitor stock and cleaning supply levels.
  • Launder towels and soft furnishings
  • Make recommendations on membership options and take-home products to customers.

Candidate Qualifications

Detail OrientedSpa Attendants book appointments, record customer details, and take payments, so it is crucial that all information handled is done so securely and accurately, according to spa policy.
Strong Customer ServiceWe want to ensure that visitors to Salinity have an ideal experience every time they visit or call us, and our attendants must be able to deliver this high standard of customer service.
CleaningCleanliness is absolutely essential, and while we have implemented many safety procedures at Salinity, regular cleaning and maintenance is required to ensure an ideal experience for every customer. Spa attendants must be able to clean & sanitize rooms, replace used towels & linens, and otherwise maintain the Salinity facility.
MultitaskingOur Spa Attendants handle a diverse range of duties every day. Many of these tasks involve serving customers within the Spa, taking bookings over the phone, and maintaining cleanliness throughout Salinity. As such, Spa Attendants must fluidly switch between tasks and adapt to changing situations.
Physical FitnessThis position includes walking around the spa, picking up and transporting items (up to 30 lbs), and sweeping or scrubbing, so Spa Attendants must be physically able to complete these tasks.
Other Qualifications:
  • 1 year of prior retail or customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Weekend or Evening availability preferred.
