The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Spa Front Desk and Attendants which includes but is not limited to scheduling guests, working with Spa Providers, selling memberships, executing and improving procedures, ensuring spa cleanliness, ordering supplies and taking supply and retail inventories. The Spa Supervisor works closely with members and assists the Spa Director with maintaining a successful member program. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for capturing and delivering content for social media, primarily photos and video as instructed by the marketing team.


  • Maintain a professional image at all times with a clean uniform, groomed nails and proper hygiene. Always demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and appropriate speech and behavior with guests, managers and co-workers. Ensure that the Front Desk team and Attendants adhere to all grooming standards and communicate with the Spa Director as needed for coaching ideas.
  • Coach, motivate and train the Front Desk Coordinators to execute standards; role play and provide feedback. Delegate tasks and projects to the Front Desk Team daily. Continually strive to improve spa procedures at the front desk. 
  • Assist in rolling out the new guest service standards and ensure the Front Desk Team is trained and adhering to all standards. 
  • Work with other department leads to ensure accurate information is provided regarding the spa, spa menu and availability of appointments.
  • 1-3 years of lead or supervisory experience required in a spa or health related environment which includes training and coaching associates. Experience with social media promotion and engagement is strongly desired. 
  • Experience supervising a small team, delegating work and providing feedback.
  • Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail and PowerPoint.
  • A demonstrated passion for guest service and serving the public.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize and organize projects and workflow.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak conversantly in English using correct pronunciation, spelling and grammar.
  • Able to work nights and weekends.
