- HQ Aero is currently recruiting for Maintenance Documentation Assistant in Burlington, VT.
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Documentation Assistant will be responsible for:
- Digitizing all necessary documentation and storing in electronic systems.
- Preparing documentation for aircraft engine repair events.
- Breaking down the completed engine work packages for supervisor approvals.
- Review and update paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to filing.
- Embrace and execute all other duties, as required, or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff. Training will be provided.
- Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great time management skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug & Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
Job Type:
- Full-time, Contract.
- Work Schedule: Monday through to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Essential Job Functions:
- Must be able to work independently.
- General knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must.
- General knowledge of SharePoint is desired but not required.
