We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team This is an entry level growth position with paid hands-on training.

Position Summary: To provide maintenance on a wide variety of HVAC systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide recommendation of products and services to customers.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record.
  • Pass background check & drug screen.
  • EPA Universal Certification or obtain within 3 months of employment.
  • 6 months of HVAC experience desired, or combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Follow directions as given both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Company paid.
  • Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
  • Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
  • Well organized and ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Willingness to invest in tools.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am 4:00 pm, with occasional overtimePay Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs 
Qualifications desired:
  • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School.
  • Construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC of similar industry experience.
