We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at West Shore. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
  • Conduct grounds work, such as cleaning and landscaping.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
  • Diagnose problems and replace or repair parts as needed.
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
  • Respond to emergency situations during and after hours.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
