JOB OPPORTUNITY: IN-OFFICE
ADDRESS: 1827 Powers Ferry Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
TOTAL COMP: up to 35,360.00 annually plus opportunities for bonuses
HOURS: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30:00 PM EST  Open to Flexible Schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inbound and Outbound customer service calls.
  • Drafting emails and preparing text messages.
  • Processing existing customer's policy changes.
  • Processing payments.
  • Drive sales among existing customers by cross-selling insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Working renewal, termination, pending cancellation and delinquency reports.
  • Accurately documenting customer information into customer tracking system (EAgent).

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 1 year of prior agency (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Geico, etc.) would be ideal.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Valid Georgia Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license would be ideal.
  • A thorough understanding of Insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized.

BONUS POINTS:
  • Prior agency experience (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Geico, etc.) would be ideal.
  • Valid Georgia Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license would be ideal.
  • A thorough understanding of Insurance.
  • Life and Health License.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:
  • Base pay of up to $35,360 annually plus bonus opportunities.
  • All equipment is provided.
  • Flexible Schedule.
  • Monthly health insurance stipend.

JOB TYPE:

  • Weekends as needed
  • Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
  • In-person - In Office
