Company Overview:
Hot Buys Furniture is a leading furniture store committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Actively seek out customers in the store and engage with them.
  • Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
  • Collaborate with sales associates to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Maintain an orderly appearance of the sales floor and product displays.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Skills
:
  • Proven work experience in Sales, preferably in furniture or retail.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
