We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and spearhead sales efforts across major US markets, including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and more. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a proven track record in a similar role, looking to take the next step into a closing position.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Identify and define ideal customer profiles and schedule meetings with qualified key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Define and execute territory strategies.
  • Hold sales meetings with prospective clients and uncover business solutions by asking qualifying questions.
  • Oversee sales opportunities and follow-ups accordingly.
  • Facilitate quotes and contracts to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is documented, providing a comprehensive overview of each lead's status and potential.
  • Collaborate on sales forecasting to leadership team.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the timeline.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 years of sales experience required.
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the transportation/ hospitality industry.
  • Experience working at startups.
  • Motivated and self-starter.
  • Thrive in an autonomous and fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Hourly rate ($10-30 per hour)Uncapped Commission: % per deal closed, On Target Earnings $120,000
