1st half of the day Accounts Payable / 2nd half of the day writing tickets and assisting with other things in the office to help out. So a team player $23-25

Hours: 9am to 6pm, 1 hour lunch, Monday through Friday.

Duties and requirements:We are very busy and are looking for someone who will start as soon as possible as a temp to hire. Our system is not complicated, but we need someone focused, who is determined to learn, who pays attention to detail, and who wants to grow with our company.
  • Experience as a bookkeeper.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability twrite clearly.
  • Ability twork well under limited supervision.
  • Works well with the team and individually.
  • Has initiative and energy.
  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Reliable.
  • Must not have any vacation plans or time off at least for the next 6 months.
  • Must have their own transportation.

Job Description: Accounts Payable Bookkeeper
  • Learn our software system.
  • Pay accounts online, and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards. (I do the check writing for the company.)
  • Type orders ( The A/P job won't take all day every day. Our current person does so in 20 hours/week. The other 20 hours can be for writing tickets/orders.)
  • Perform general office clerk duties as needed, (ex: filing, copying.)
