The ideal candidate will possess experience in driver management, customer success, and final-mile courier services. Strong leadership abilities, the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE OPERATIONS AND/OR DISPATCH SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Dispatch Supervisor will include developing strategies to enhance performance, managing resources and materials, and ensuring compliance throughout the company. The individual should be prepared to mentor team members, identify opportunities to improve customer service quality, and implement industry best practices company-wide. We are seeking individuals with a "Do Whatever It Takes" mindset, dedicated to completing tasks, prioritizing driver safety, and ensuring round-the-clock coverage 24/7, 365 days a year.

  • Under general supervision, maintain a positive working relationship with customers, drivers, and co-workers to coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of solutions to our customers needs and objectives.
  • Strive to meet company productivity goals, and KPI’s, and maintain and improve driver retention.
  • Develop and maintain a weekly training procedure for the dispatching team.
  • Streamline processes within all operation levels of the company.

 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent degree.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
  • 3 years of final mile courier, transportation, and/or logistics experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in Dispatching and TMS software or comparable.
