PFM Fleet Service is looking for a Service Adviser Trainee. You bring the customer service skills and we will provide the training and development

This job entails:
  • Building a great relationship with the fleet manager and drivers of the fleets we serve. You will continually interact with the same customers multiple times per week. Relationship building is key. We have built a great culture with our customers, many stop by just to visit and say hi throughout the week;
  • Setting appointments for vehicle service;
  • Making estimates for vehicle service (we will train);
  • Basic knowledge of automotive and truck systems. (we will train);
  • Working with parts department to attain correct parts;
  • Client interaction at pickup and drop off;
  • Tracking revenue and key performance indicators (we will train).
