ROLE DESCRIPTION:This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandler, AZ for a Marketing Coordinator. You will be responsible for communication, market research, marketing strategy, tradeshow planning and customer service. The day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, developing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive marketing campaign execution across channels, including email, online, social, and PR.
  • Occasionally help other members of the Sales and Marketing team with research or idea development.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, trade events etc.).
  • End to end tradeshow planning and execution
  • Track results, review analytics, and provide ROI of marketing activities.
  • Drive large, strategic and complex pursuit process from proposal coordination through interview.
  • Work to understand technical claims and develop customer and consumer claims in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Provide peer review and oversight for accuracy and quality of content.
  • Work with marketing team to build, test and launch marketing technologies and capabilities that are based on industry best practices.
  • Develop compelling, differentiating value propositions, positioning, and messaging at the solution, product and segment level.
  • Manage website and other marketing collaterals.
  • Business and market analysis, research and reporting of trends and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in off road EV industry preferably in battery charging area
  • Demonstrated leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks which may be taking place around same time
  • Willing to travel (about 5-10%)
