Front Desk/Referral and New Patient Coordinator

We are searching for a professional, reliable, and friendly individual who displays a strong commitment to our patients, works well with others on the team, and demonstrates intense dedication to providing administrative support throughout the practice. This person is typically the first point of contact that we count on to begin the process of providing each patient with a seamless, satisfying, and positive experience.
This position rotates between Check-in and Check-out at outlying locations and coordinates and schedules all patients referred to our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and registering patients.
- Obtaining, reviewing, and/or updating demographics, insurance, and other required forms.
- Scanning forms into patient charts.
- Collection and posting of co-payments and patient balances.
- Day end reconciliation.
- Answering and directing calls.
- Electronic insurance verification.
- Scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
