Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Location: On-site in Blue Bell, PA.
Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm, some weekends 9am-2pm.

Our client, located in Blue Bell, PA is a full service inbound and outbound contact center. They provide Insurance - Enrollment, Retention, Licensed Agents, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, and Government services. The client is looking for amazing workers to fill the important role as a Customer Service  Policy Specialist paying $16 an hour.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Intake incoming calls from customers.
  • Outgoing calls to customers and vendors.
  • Will be provided a Script for all calls that are 5 to 7 mins long.
  • All calls are recorded.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient at navigating between the CRM and Outlook.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude.
