Position Summary:
  • As a Debt Sales Representative,  you'll consult with potential consumers seeking financial assistance, guiding them towards a debt relief solution suitable for their specific needs. If experienced, unlimited live transfer calls will be available.

Training:
  • One-on-one training with ongoing development opportunities.
  • Support from managers and team leaders for your success.

Compensation:
  • Hourly + Commission (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
  • Daily Spiffs, Weekly Spiffs, Monthly Bonus.
  • Commission is uncapped The opportunity to make a lot of $$$ here is endless
