As a Debt Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You should have a strong background in sales or a related field, as well as knowledge of financial products and services. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling our financial products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
- Stay up to date with changes in financial markets and regulations
- correspond with potential clients to identify their financial needs and to build long-term relationships.
- Participate in training and development activities to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field
