The Salesforce Administrator is an established performer who works to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of CRM systems (Salesforce) to empower our sales teams and drive business growth. This role will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and utilization of sales technology tools and platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Responsible for CRM administrative functions including, but not limited to customer support, user management, data management, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of sales technology tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Work with IT teams and vendors to optimize the configuration and customization of sales technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes through the use of technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
  • Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
  • Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges.
  • Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned areas of supporting supply chain.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Competencies:
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products, and Salesforce.
