Position Overview:As a Sales Manager at Alpine Car Wash, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring the success of our operations. You will lead a team of sales professionals, motivating and guiding them to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue through the sale of our services, particularly our unlimited club plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field is a plus.
