You can expect to be cross-trained within the department - giving you the ability to float where needed. Responsibilities:
  • You’ll play an important role in making sure our food production lines run smoothly
  • This includes operation and the equipment, packing the final product and performing many different quality checks to make sure we’re meeting customer requirements
  • You’ll be expected to adhere to and comply with all food safety, food quality and GMP, OSHA policies
  • Complete food production records
  • Operate computer/production screens
  • Work in a cooler environment
  • Ability to work well with other team members with a high degree of enthusiasm
  • Work both individually and as a team member
  • Desire to learn more and ask questions when unsure
  • Take initiative 
  • Willingness to learn the production line processes and equipment
  • Follow daily production schedule
  • Operate a forklift moving pallets of product for production, preferred not necessary 
 Qualifications: 
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not necessary)
  • Food production experience preferred but not necessary 
  • Be reliable and dependable
  • Accuracy, and good organization skills 
  • Willingness to work with others
  • Takes initiative 
  • Ability to catch on quickly 
  • Good verbal communication 
  • Work safely around equipment 
  • Knowledge and experience working in a food production industry/manufacturing facility (preferred, not necessary)
  • Bi-lingual speaking associate(s) are encouraged to apply (English/Spanish)
