Title: Orthodontic Patient Administrator

Orthodontic Patient Administrator (Experience Required)

We are looking to hire an Orthodontic Patient Administrator for our growing state of the art orthodontic practice. In our quest to find the perfect addition to the practice, we are looking not only for experience, but also a fun and friendly personality. We would prefer to hire someone with orthodontic experience who provides excellent customer service, but are willing to train the right person.

Job Location: New Providence, NJ

Salary: $20-30 per hour

Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance

Job Duties including but not limited to:

  • Greeting/seating patients.
  • Answering phones.
  • Patient communication including phones, text, and emails.
  • Opening and closing.
  • Marketing.
  • Scheduling/rescheduling appointments.
  • Billing/insurance verification/ insurance follow up.
  • Treatment coordination to assist in financial and treatment recommendations (Minimum 6 months experience required).
  • General office administration duties.
  • New patient records.
