Position Summary:As the Area Director of Sales, you will helm the sales operations within the Quad Cities & Peoria area, steering the team towards achieving ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with market trends and company objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales managers, promoting best practices and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
