Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for creating an environment where individuals motivate themselves to accomplish mutually beneficial goals and objectives. The Restaurant General Manager will maintain and increase the standards of customer service and will also control the training and development of the staff. This is an exciting career where you will act as a role model, take complete operational accountability for your specific products and staff members. As a Restaurant General Manager, great leadership skills are a must as you’ll be able to inspire and motivate lots of people.

Qualifications:
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and must always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
  • Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
  • A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Restaurant General Manager
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
  • A minimum of three years of general management experience in a high-volume concept is required for the Restaurant General Manager
