About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve business objectives.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Development
    • Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to meet business needs.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive business expansion.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
