About the Role:Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operator for our esteemed client. This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of production equipment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Trucks and Forklifts: Utilize reach trucks and forklifts for the accurate movement, transportation, and management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Material Handling: Handle and sample raw materials efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Inventory Control: Scan, transport, and manage inventory, ensuring proper allocation and disposal as required by production needs.
- Inspection and Compliance: Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and complete associated logs. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support Production: Supply necessary materials to various production departments and follow job instructions precisely.
- Reach Truck and Forklift Operation: Demonstrated experience operating reach trucks and forklifts.
- Material Handling Expertise: Proven ability in handling and managing chemical materials and raw materials.
- Safety and Compliance: Strong understanding of environmental protection, health, and safety regulations.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Driver’s License.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
