Front Desk Receptionist

Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, greeting clients, scheduling conference rooms, set-ups, deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
  • General office administrative tasks

Qualifications:
  • HS or GED required.
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills.
  •  2+ years of front desk receptionist experience at a law office or related job experience preferred.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.

Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law. This is a temporary assignment (35 hours) position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For immediate consideration please submit your resume for consideration.
