Technician Qualifications (Does this describe you?)
Ability to perform the following:
- Differential replacement
- Brakes - Calipers, Wheel Cylinder, Brake lines, etc.
- Diagnose suspension noises
- All outer engine accessory items
- Shocks & Struts
- Minor transmission & clutch, CV Axles
- Hub Bearings/Wheel Bearings and Seals
- Serpentine Belt & Tensioner
- Ability to trouble shoot & diagnose medium to major items for mechanical/body control issues, drivability, noises, vibrations.
- Drive-ability issues minor to medium
- Medium body control issues
- Engine, Transmission, Transfer Case replacement
- Timing Belts & Chains
- Water Pump
- Intake & VC Gaskets
- Any bolt-on repairs
- Valid Driver’s License is a MUST
- Professional Experience with vehicle repairs
- Priority to Diagnostic Automotive Technicians
- ASE certifications preferred (if not we provide ASE training and ASE reimbursement)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Leadership ability
