Technician Qualifications (Does this describe you?)

Ability to perform the following:
  • Differential replacement
  • Brakes - Calipers, Wheel Cylinder, Brake lines, etc.
  • Diagnose suspension noises
  • All outer engine accessory items
  • Shocks & Struts
  • Minor transmission & clutch, CV Axles
  • Hub Bearings/Wheel Bearings and Seals
  • Serpentine Belt & Tensioner
  • Ability to trouble shoot & diagnose medium to major items for mechanical/body control issues, drivability, noises, vibrations.
  • Drive-ability issues minor to medium
  • Medium body control issues
  • Engine, Transmission, Transfer Case replacement
  • Timing Belts & Chains
  • Water Pump
  • Intake & VC Gaskets
  • Any bolt-on repairs
  • Valid Driver’s License is a MUST
  • Professional Experience with vehicle repairs
  • Priority to Diagnostic Automotive Technicians
  • ASE certifications preferred (if not we provide ASE training and ASE reimbursement)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Leadership ability
