Requirements:
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
- Valid Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (SBESLPA) License.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting or working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct and indirect (consult) speech therapy support to students per their IEP.
- Providing speech/language evaluation and re-evaluation support for students in the region.
- Assisting in IE development for children receiving O.T. services.
- Maintaining appropriate records for all children receiving O.T. services.
- Providing recommendations and support (as needed) for parents of children in Special Education.
- Supervising students as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by administration.
