LOCATION: FORT WORTH, TX  76109.

Exciting, hybrid opportunity to apply your technical writing skills to a short-term contract project for one of our innovative financial clients.

  • You will be updating documents and procedures for migration from NETX360 to NETX360 Plus in the cloud.
  • The majority of the work will be updating documentation to reflect the new UI.
  • You will work directly with users and SMEs to validate changes and improve documentation where possible.

Position requires:
  • 3-5 years in Technical Writing, preferably with experience in writing and editing procedures.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience is essential.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with graphics and screen capture is needed.
  • Must be comfortable working with users and SMEs.
  • Experience with the NETX platform is a plus.

This position will require significant ONSITE work in Fort Worth, Texas every week; some remote likely.
You must be available during standard day-shift working hours.
Desired Skills: Technical Writing, Editing, Procedures Documentation, Microsoft Office.
