Hours:
  • Part-time role with up to 32 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule Monday – Friday,  between the hours of 11-8:30pm, with some Saturday hours required.

 The Program Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
  • Owning front office operations that includes welcoming students, addressing family questions, managing phones/emails/texts.
  • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
  • Administering academic evaluations and interim testing.
  • Performing financial activities such as managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
  • Meeting with students to assess progress and their overall experience.
  • Participating in marketing activities to help grow the Center.
  • Observing teachers and providing feedback to improve the quality of instruction.
  • Teaching students.

 For success, the Program Coordinator must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
  • Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoys connecting with parents and students, with strong customer service focus.
