Talent Sourcing Specialist

  • Passionately recruit: source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources including job board postings, social media, networking, and internet research.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
  • Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials prior to placement.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions when available.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will develop and maintain client relationships, and actively recruit professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree or relevant years of experience in recruiting, telemarketing, call center, and customer service or staffing experience.
  • Previous experience in Healthcare, Education, Human Services, or related industries (preferred).
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
  • Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
