I am the owner writing this and we are adding in a door machine to our operations. We have been in business for 3 years and our company has doubled in size every year. We will reach $5m in sales by the end of this year.

Job Details:
  • I need someone who understands door manufacturing. We are buying a Dotul vertical machine (arrives Sept 1) and I would like to have 2-3 guys on this team that you would lead. We will be producing hollow core interior doors for some of our large-volume builders. I am aiming for 120 doors/day. 
  • You will need to prove you have experience in operating production machinery with a high level of experience related to doors. 
  • You will keep purchasing updated with your stock requirements and stay ahead of our door sales. We know these numbers several months in advance so there won't be very minute last minute orders. 
  • I'd like to hear your plan on how you would like to set this up and why. It will be your personal project and you will report to the GM directly (no Ops manager at this time). 

Additional Information:
We do not offer many benefits at this time. Once you have a team in place, I will start you with 2 weeks of paid time off for your first year. We will also offer bonuses based on production numbers hit. The position will start the first week or two in September. I am looking for a sharp-thinking individual who desires to be in management (sooner rather than later). We are a very fast-paced company and changes are happening almost weekly. 

We are located just north of Hwy 82 (on 371 headed to Calisburg). Sign on the building says Abel Lumber (we no longer sell lumber).
