POSITION SUMMARY:Our student experience team is the best in its class. Warm and welcoming by nature, they are experts at ensuring students feel like they have arrived, are known, and belong. This team is responsible for the upkeep of the stunning space that we reside in and the smooth operational support of the beautiful work that happens within these walls. The team is of high value and importance being as a first touch point for our members and students when they walk in the door. They know the space, instructors, and offerings intuitively because they LOVE being a part of the community and taking classes within the space. We're located in the heart of Marina Del Rey, and we're looking for a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our Student Experience Team.
Your Role: The Heartbeat of Our StudioAs a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Your passion for community and personal growth will shine through as you:
  • Welcome Everyone: Greet each person with warmth, making them feel at home.
  • Share Knowledge: Guide members through our offerings and help them find the perfect fit for their wellness journey.
  • Maintain Serenity: Keep our space tranquil and safe, following our high standards.
  • Preserve Beauty+ Safety: Ensure our studio remains a clean and inviting sanctuary.
  • Promote Growth: Be an advocate for CEREMNY, inviting others to join our mission.
  • Be Observant: Stay alert to the needs of our space and community, and communicate effectively.
  • Contribute Wholeheartedly: Take on tasks that support our collective vision.
  • Practice Diligently: Follow our established routines to maintain the flow of the studio.

Your Daily ImpactSanctuary Upkeep: Lovingly care for our communal areas and equipment.Community Connection: Offer support, forge connections, and prepare the space for transformative experiences.Instructor Support: Assist our instructors in creating enlightening sessions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Commitment: Availability for at least three shifts per week.
  • Autonomy: Carry out your responsibilities with independence and efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: An organized approach to all tasks.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the evolving needs of our studio.
  • Experience: Previous roles in wellness or fitness are a plus, but not required.
