In this position you are the face of Wayne Subaru, the first impression as our customers walk through the door and into our showroom. First impressions only happen once so we want it to be a great one
As the receptionist, you set the tone for the rest of our customer's experience at Wayne Subaru. Politeness and a pleasant and professional manner are the types of individuals needed for this important position. Full-time position with nights and Saturdays a priority.
Responsibilities:
  • First and foremost you will greet customers via the telephone system and route calls properly.
  • To greet customers as enter our showroom, log them into the computer.
  • Direct customers to the Subaru model of interest, pointing out the location in the showroom.
  • You will maintain the coffee station, making sure neat, clean, and stocked throughout the day.
  • You will support some sales functions; such as the maintenance of the catalog display rack.
  • Complete all requirements of the position and any additional assigned tasks.
  • To assist customers when they pick up license plates, registration, and titles.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer service; especially when dealing with the public face-to-face.
  • Ability to handle basic computer tasks; such as entering customer information into specific programs.
  • Experience with handling high-volume phone and floor traffic.
  • Ability to multi-task.
