Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:
  • Manage daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and strategies to meet business objectives.
Leadership and Team Management: 
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and high employee morale.
Process Improvement:
  • Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques and best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Monitoring production processes, adjusting as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
Quality Control:
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory levels, material requisitions, and resource allocation to support production needs.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality.
 Reporting and Analysis:
  •  Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise ERP systems is a plus.
