PFM Fleet Service is a rapidly growing independent fleet service based out of Delaware, OH. We want to help you grow as we grow. Both professionally and financially.

At PFM, we value your expertise and skills as part of our locally owned and operated team of truck repair professionals. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to coordinate technician tasks and estimate costs for customers.
  • Document Standard Repair Time for each operation before assigning work.
  • Assign tasks to qualified technicians and provide clear instructions.
  • Create detailed documentation of customer concerns.
  • Invoice completed repair orders prior to vehicle release.
  • Efficiently use business systems to manage parts lookup and invoicing.
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and ensure documents are signed before releasing vehicles.
  • Follow up with the parts department to ensure timely part orders and delivery.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in truck service and repair.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative and clerical work.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with processes.
  • Strong professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent time management and goal-setting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter.
  • Positive, friendly attitude with emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

  • 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days. 4 weeks at 3 years. 5 weeks at 6 years.

Qualification Profile:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
  • 5 years or more of relevant experience in a commercial vehicle repair facility.
