Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated Civil Technician I to join our Arizona team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the telecommunications field. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about acquiring new skills, including wiring customer equipment, understanding site safety, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn to wire customer equipment both inside and outside of shelters.
  • Understand and use the appropriate tools and materials to perform tasks according to specifications.
  • Recognize and address the hazards associated with wiring equipment and using power tools.
  • Develop knowledge of site safety and awareness.
  • Accurately follow methods of procedure (MOP) and complete assigned tasks.
  • Learn to troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
  • Maintain a professional attitude when working with other employees and clients.
  • Be prepared for overnight travel as needed.
  • Work in various weather conditions, including heat, snow, rain, and wind.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; we provide training and certification courses.
  • Must be a well-organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Current valid Driver’s License required; CDL is a plus.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Good listening skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
  • Local to the market.
