Who We're Looking For:We are seeking an RF Technician I to join our team. As an RF Technician I, you will play a crucial role in installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment on communication towers. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn to climb and work on communications towers safely.
  • Utilize tools and materials effectively to execute tasks within specifications.
  • Acknowledge and mitigate hazards associated with tower climbing and construction.
  • Demonstrate site safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
  • Execute tasks according to method of procedure.
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment performance issues.
  • Maintain professionalism when collaborating with team members and supervisors.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work in adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with heights and physical tasks such as climbing towers, squatting, bending, and lifting (up to 50lbs).
  • Possession of a current valid Driver’s License or CDL is advantageous.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Excellent listening skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening.
  • Local to market.
