We are looking for AWESOME, warm, outgoing, authentic, passionate, and talented sales-driven "hosts with the most" to welcome guests and members to our grooming club.
Offering Premium Hair Cuts, Straight Razor Shaves, Manicures, Pedicures, Facial Waxing & Face Treatments in a relaxed, club atmosphere is looking for HOST candidates that will be able to welcome our members and guests, assist with check-in, check-out, make future appointments, all with a smile and charisma.
Position Description: Member Sales Concierge - Host.

- Would you like to work in a state-of-the-art, first-of-its-kind men's grooming lounge?
Job Duties:
- Reporting General Manager.
- Member Concierge responsibilities include offering a friendly welcome to all members/guests while facilitating a smooth transition between their arrival, service, and checkout.
- Assisting management and staff as needed.
- Providing Shop Tours.
- Assisting- Selling Customers on best option of Club Membership.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficiency in communication.
- Customer service and sales skills are required.
- Phone Skills and Phone presence.
- Candidate must be sales driven while providing a consistent “white glove experience” to all clients, be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, imaginative, goal-oriented, and believe in, promoting the established culture and mission.
Specifically:
- Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fun shop environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, guests, supervisors, and staff.
- Strong phone skills.
- Ability to read, digest and analyze various reports.
- Excellent mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required functions including credit card and cash transactions.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Developed salesperson skill set.
- Experience in the hospitality, salon, or cosmetology industry is a plus.
Provide the Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Understand the needs of members/guests; handle and resolve customer service issues to earn trust and maintain loyalty.
- Give tours to new guests driving the customer experience.
- Communicate to the guest a clear understanding of pricing, memberships, and services.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with staff members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Complete Required Administrative Tasks:
- Greet members/guests during the check-in process.
- Promote and sell memberships and retail products.
- Set and confirm appointments.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to shopping operations, including but not limited to answering phones, stocking shelves, and maintaining all systems and technology.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
- Ensure information in the POS system is correct and up to date.
- Other duties and assignments as requested.
