We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take initiative on projects, work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and possess outstanding communication skills for client and customer interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide Civil and Structural engineering designs (following company standards and parameters) and generate construction drawings for a variety of industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential projects while managing and maintaining job schedules and deadlines.  
  • Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, construction cost estimates, and permit applications.  Review vendor drawings and other prepared drawings and prepare basic drawings/sketches for drafting and incorporation into final plans.
  • Ability to coordinate activities with clients, vendors, and other architectural/engineering team members.  
  • Must be familiar with steel, concrete, foundation, masonry, wood, and stormwater designs.
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Licensed P.E. in the States of Kansas and Missouri
