Nurse Practitioner of Primary Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Cambridge, MD. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their medical needs and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform routine physical exams and health screenings.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
- Educate residents and families on health management and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Extremely competitive salary of $110,000 to $140,000.

- This is the dream position for the NP who loves geriatrics. You will practice autonomously to improve the comfort and satisfaction of ill patients and be an integrated cornerstone for the facility’s patients and staff.
