Requirements:
  • Must have experience doing rollouts/updates
  • Must have SCCM experience
  • Must be familiar with supporting Autopilot
  • Must be able to travel to Utah (2-3 weeks/month) for the first couple months to train and assist with deployment/rollout

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
  • Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
  • Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
