Job Description:As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of home construction and prefabrication barn structure projects. We pride ourselves as being a full-service construction company from concrete to electrical and everything in between.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
  • Carry and move materials and tools as needed.
  • Assist in the installation of fixtures, fittings, and other construction components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Operate basic construction equipment and tools as directed.
  • Work year round outside.
  • Time management.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field required.
  • Experience in installing and framing in structures within the last 12 months required.
  • Knowledge of electrical and blueprint reading a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
